Join us for a relaxed, supportive session focused on postpartum planning! Whether you're expecting your first baby or adding to your growing family, this is a great opportunity to explore what life after birth can look like—emotionally, physically, and practically.

Hosted by the doulas of the Arrowhead Birth Collective, we’ll talk through recovery tips, emotional wellness, support systems, feeding plans, rest strategies, and setting realistic expectations. We'll also share personal stories and expert insights to help you feel more prepared and less alone.

Enjoy light snacks and a welcoming atmosphere as you plan for a smoother, more supported postpartum experience.



We know life is unpredictable—walk-ins are always welcome! Babies and kiddos are welcome, too.
