Guest Services Representative – Lutsen, MN - Employment/Help Wanted

You’ll be the friendly, helpful voice guests connect with as they plan and enjoy their stay. From answering questions to coordinating with our field teams, you’ll help create smooth, memorable experiences for every visitor.

What You’ll Do
* Assist guests via phone, email, and chat
* Help guests find and book the perfect rental
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
* Keep a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Hours of Operation
* 9am–5pm Mon–Fri (winter hours are flexible)
* 9am–5pm 5 days a week (summer)
* Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
