Local Scholarships Available! North House Folk School has two upcoming Blacksmithing classes with openings, with pay-what-you-can local scholarships available:
- Blacksmithing: Women & Non-Binary Session (May 2-4)
- Blacksmithing: Crafting the Tools of the Trade (May 10-13)
These beginner-friendly classes are a great way to try blacksmithing for the first time, or to expand on existing skills.
Pay-what-you-can spots are open to Cook County and Grand Portage residents on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like one of the spots, simply call North House at 218-387-9762 between the hours of 9am-5pm.
