Metabolic Health: How to understand, assess and improve your numbers

Many people think poor metabolic health is only related to diabetes.  In fact, poor metabolic health is associated with inflammation and many chronic diseases.  Most of us have one or more markers of poor metabolic health, especially as we age. 

You are invited to learn more about your metabolic health.  Classes will be held on Fridays, May 2, May 16, May 23, May 30 and June 6 from 11:15-12:00 at the HUB.  There is no cost for the sessions. 

Barbara Chiles will be the educator.  Barbara completed Practitioner Level 1 training from Nutrition Network.  Nutrition Network provides online training to doctors, nurses, nutritionists and coaches interested in helping patients and clients improve their metabolic health.
