Using QuickBooks Online for Day-to-Day Operations
May 7 | Noon-1pm | Zoom
Instructor: Becki Oja, Business Owner/Consultant & Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Join us for a hands-on QuickBooks Online session designed to help you efficiently manage your finances.
In this session, you'll learn how to create and send invoices, set up recurring payments, and track overdue accounts. We’ll cover expense management, including recording transactions, tracking payables, setting up recurring bills, and generating reports. You'll also learn how to navigate key financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, custom reports, and the essentials for tax reporting. The session will wrap up with a Q&A, where we’ll walk through real-life scenarios, explore advanced features like inventory management and payroll, and address any lingering questions.
Whether you're new to QuickBooks or looking to refine your skills, this workshop will provide the tools and knowledge you need to take control of your finances!
We recommend having two screens so you can watch the presentation while actively interacting with QuickBooks Online.
