Join the Violence Prevention Center THIS Saturday for our annual fundraiser, Beyond the Reel.
Curious about what the evening holds? Let me tell you! 5:30-6:30pm is a social hour with food generously donated by Cook County Whole Foods Co-Op, Crosby Bakery, Cascade Lodge, and Fishermen’s Daughter. During the social hour we’ll have a raffle with over 20 items and packages including gift certificates to Voyageur Brewery, Lake Superior Trading Post, Drury Lane, Superior Creamery, Johnson’s Foods, and so much more.
6:30-8pm we will venture into the Arrowhead Center for the Arts auditorium where we’ll hear some updates about the VPC, and then watch Loud Enough: Surviving Justice. (If the film is triggering to you, or you are on a time constraint, that’s OK. You can opt to join us just for the social hour.)
Unable to attend the event but still want to donate to the Violence Prevention Center? You are able to donate directly online through our website, https://www.violencepreventioncenter.org/get-involved
We cannot thank our generous sponsors and donors enough for making this event possible. We sincerely hope to see you at what we are sure will be a fun and educational event.
