Description: As an Engineering Intern with the Cook County Highway Department, you will have the
opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects. Responsibilities
may include:
· Assisting with engineering design and analysis
· Conducting field surveys and inspections
· Collaborating with team members on project planning and execution
· Utilizing engineering software and tools
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 16 years old and have finished their junior year of high school
· Interested in pursuing a degree in civil engineering or a related field
· Strong academic record
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
