Human Resource Generalist - Part Time

What You Will Earn:

This position is a part-time 20 hour per week position. The anticipated starting hourly rate for this position is $32.50 (Step 1) -$35.15 (Step 3)/hour depending on experience. With a full future earning potential of $32.50 (Step 1) -$44.48 (Step 9)/hour. 



Job Summary:

The human resource generalist is responsible for supporting all human resource management and program administration functions.  This is a confidential, professional position that provides human resource leadership and support services for internal and external customers.  This position has direct accountability for staffing, benefits administration, training program development and onboarding processes. This is a consultative and customer service-oriented position that requires excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, project coordination, data management, report generation and advanced computer technology skills.
