What You Will Earn:
The anticipated starting hourly rate for this position is $53.33 (Step 1) -$57.69 (Step 3)/hour depending on experience. With a full future earning potential of $53.33 (Step 1) -$72.99 (Step 9)/hour ($110,926.40 - $151,819.20 annually). This position is a full-time 40 hours per week and eligible for full-time county BENEFITS PACKAGE.

Job Summary:
Lead and administer the Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) Department by organizing, planning, directing, managing, budgeting and evaluating all department operations.  The director supervises and evaluates personnel; directs programs and services in public health, social services, economic assistance and health care programs. Recommend policy for Board passage and develop strategy, implementation and assessment of department programs to ensure the optimal delivery of department services in accordance with federal and state regulations and County Board policies.
