Join Our Maintenance Team – Where Every Day Brings Something New!

We're looking for a General Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic, hands-on crew. You'll play a key role in keeping our vacation rentals looking great and operating at their best—no two days are ever quite the same! Plus there are opportunities to learn.

What You'll Do:


  • Tackle general maintenance tasks—from plumbing fixes to appliance upkeep and lawn care

  • Conduct regular inspections to catch issues before they become problems

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, friendly manner

  • Keep clear records of work done and materials used

  • Always prioritize safety and cleanliness on site



What You Bring to the Team:


  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to job sites

  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work

  • A proactive mindset and great attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • Confidence to work independently but collaborate when needed
