CCHE Tuition Scholarships – Applications Due Nov 3rd!

The Cook County Higher Education Tuition Scholarship applications are due Monday, November 3, 2025 by 5 pm. These funds are for the upcoming Spring semester, with courses starting in January. Scholarships will be sent directly to the institution of learning in early December.
 
Quick facts about our scholarships:
Up to $3,000 per semester
Applications due Monday, November 3 by 5:00 pm
Funding available for all kinds of certificate programs, licensure, trades, college degrees, and so on
Must be living in Cook County, MN to be eligible
