Discover the essentials of QuickBooks Online in this interactive session, where you'll learn about subscription options, how to select the right plan for your business, and the steps to get started.

We’ll start with a brief introduction to QuickBooks Online (QBO), covering key features such as invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, tax calculations, and reporting. Participants will learn about the different subscription levels, including Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. Next, we’ll dive into selecting the right subscription by assessing business needs, comparing plan features like user access, project tracking, inventory management, and reporting capabilities, and exploring available add-ons such as payroll, payments, and time tracking.

The class will then guide attendees through the process of purchasing QuickBooks Online, from creating an account and entering payment information to understanding subscription tiers, upgrades, and downgrades.

Finally, we’ll conclude with a Q&A session to address any questions about choosing the best plan, pricing, and promotions.

We recommend having two screens so you can watch the presentation while actively interacting with QuickBooks Online.
