Has your little one just started kindergarten? Do you have a high school senior? Are you entering the empty nest stage? Are you grieving these changes? You’re not alone!

Are you a parent in a space of feeling so much excitement for your child and at the same time grieving what you’re moving through? It can be so confusing and hurt so much. I invite you to share this grief in Community.

We will process through speaking from the heart, guided practices, and song. You are not alone.
