Join us for a weekly drop-in dance class with a rotating cast of teachers! This is a chance to dip your toes into different ways of moving. We’ll explore dance from the inside out - less about what it looks like and more about what it feels like. Class styles will vary, including approaches to modern and contemporary dance technique, improvisation, partnering, creative movement, and body awareness.
