Brand & Content Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Cascade Vacation Rentals is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Brand & Content Manager to support the execution of CVR's marketing and growth strategy. This is an execution-focused position for someone who enjoys creating content, managing multiple projects, keeping marketing initiatives moving, and telling the story of Minnesota's North Shore. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, pays attention to details, and enjoys learning new marketing tools and technologies. This person must have a positive attitude and enjoy collaboration. 
 
Key Responsibilities


  • Routine website updates

  • Write, edit, publish, and update blog content

  • Assist with email campaigns

  • Manage day to day social media across all CVR channels

  • Capture photo, video and drone content when appropriate (will assist in drone licensure)

  • Manage OTA issues, communication and any changes that occur

  • Project execution

  • All other duties as assigned including being in the on-call rotation



Qualifications - Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, social media, hospitality, tourism, or related experience

  • Strong writing and editing skills

  • Experience managing business social media accounts

  • Experience updating website content (knowledge of Word Press is ideal)

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools

  • Photography and video skills, including video/photo editing platforms. Drone experience is a plus – CVR  will pay for obtaining drone license

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Lives in Cook County, MN or ability to travel to Cook County, MN regularly



Experience with vacation rentals, hospitality, tourism, Airbnb, SEO, Google Analytics, AI tools, or content management systems is helpful but not required.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside the company and play an important role in the next stage of CVR's marketing and growth. Salary will be based on skills and experience with a range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
