First Call for Help is hiring Cook County Residents for Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Team members!
Are you passionate about helping people during some of their most challenging moments? Join a countywide team providing immediate, compassionate support to individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral health crises.
What you’ll do: Assess needs, provide crisis intervention and stabilization, and connect individuals with community resources, helping people remain safely in their homes and communities whenever possible.

Qualifications: 4-year degree in a human services-related field or Mental Health/Behavioral Health Practitioner certification, or a Military DD214 demonstrating relevant training and skills.
