Building upon the skills learned in Intro to Chainsaw Safety & Basic Tree Felling, this advanced course focuses on maximizing chainsaw performance, improving precision felling techniques, and increasing productivity while reducing downtime. Participants will learn advanced maintenance procedures, tree assessment techniques, and precision felling methods through both classroom instruction and extensive field practice. This course emphasizes reading tree characteristics, evaluating lean and weight distribution, and making informed decisions to safely and accurately place trees where intended.
