Expandable Dining Table

This expandable dining table is a smart choice for hosts and hostesses that like to entertain, but want to have more space for daily use. It is just perfect for hosting during the holiday season. This table comfortably seats 4 people without the expansion boards and fits well in these mid-century homes here in Grand Marais.  There are three boards that can be inserted to expand seating to eight people comfortably or even 10 guests who are willing to get cozy.  

The table measures 58” long (without the expansion boards) x 42” wide x 29 1/4” high.

There are three expansion boards.  The one that originally came with the table adds 10” to the length.  Dad milled two additional oak boards that add 7 1/2” and 17” in length that are stained to match.  

This table has more entertaining to do.  There is a small chipped area and some minor dings as would be expected from a gently used table, but nothing that is especially noticeable.  Mom used to keep a protective cover under a table cloth most the time so it was pretty well protected.  Pet and smoke free home.

The market value for similar tables is $150. This one is a better value as it has the extra expansion boards.  I’m asking only $95, but will consider reasonable offers.
