Social Worker I - Childrens Mental Health - Employment/Help Wanted

What You Will Earn:
The anticipated starting hourly rate for this position is $30.71 -$33.21/hour depending on experience. With a full future earning potential of $63,876.80 -$87,422.40 annually. This position is a full-time 40 hours per week and eligible for full-time county BENEFITS PACKAGE.

Cook County would consider filling this position as full-time, part-time or temporary and the flexibility of this position will improve work/life balance for the employee.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, performs work in providing social work services for families and children experiencing complex social and health situations and requiring the development of a high level of support to actively engage in social treatment plans; performs and is responsible for case assessment and casework, directs service programs or provides work direction to paraprofessional staff; and performs related work as assigned.
