(1) Shift Lead The Shift Leader provides direction and support to the Counter Server team to ensure operational goals are achieved throughout each shift. This role delivers exceptional, professional service to all guests while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace and customer areas. The Shift Leader effectively manages peak hours with efficiency and kindness, and responds promptly to customer inquiries and special requests or needs. Hourly Pay DOE Range: $18-20+ per hour plus tips (2) Counter Servers The Counter Server delivers friendly, professional service to every guest. This role involves engaging with customers in a warm and efficient manner while maintaining clean and organized workspaces and customer areas. Responsibilities include scooping and serving ice cream according to company portion and presentation standards, preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, and assisting with production-related tasks as needed. Counter Servers must be available to work at least three shifts per week, including evenings and weekends. Hourly Pay DOE Range: $13-16 per hour plus tips
