Seasonal Recycling Center Assistant

This position is temporary-seasonal, with employment not to exceed six (6) months.  Position is full-time at 40 hours per week, not eligible for County benefits. Base pay $21.45 per hour.


JOB SUMMARY:

A seasonal position that assists the Recycling Center Supervisor.  Assists and directs the public bringing recyclable materials.  Waits on customers in the Budget Shop, calculating purchases, making change, and keeping basic records.  Operates baler, glass crusher, aluminum separator, fork lift, and other equipment to process recyclable products.
