North Shore Health, a sixteen (16) bed critical access hospital with a four (4) bed Emergency department, has a Full Time 72-80 hour per pay period Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator (RN UC) position open. The RN Unit Coordinator is a registered nurse who plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates patient care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines. This role leads safety and quality initiatives, simplifies workflows, and ensures smooth daily operations of the unit. Applicants must be BLS, PALS, ACLS and a current MN RN License. This position will be primarily evenings and occasional weekend and Holiday coverage. Previous nursing experience is preferred.
