Dietary Aide or Cook
Description: North Shore Health as a part-time position available for a Dietary Aide or a Cook. This is a year-round position. The Dietary Aide and/or Cook at North Shore Health plays an essential role in the healthcare environment, focusing on the preparation and delivery of meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a fast-paced environment. This position ensures that all individuals within the facility have access to nutritious and satisfying meals, tailored to meet dietary needs and preferences. By maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and dining areas, the Dietary Cook or Prep supports the overall health and well-being of the hospital and Care Center community. Depending on shift assigned their responsibilities go form washing dishes to cooking, adhering to health regulations, and providing excellent customer service, making their contribution fundamental to the smooth operation of the Dietary department. Applicants are required to be able to work AM Cook, AM Prep, PM Cook, shifts rotating holidays and every other weekend. Wage range for Dietary Aide is $18.13 to 25.74. RN Unit Coordinator
Description: North Shore Health, a sixteen (16) bed critical access hospital with a four (4) bed Emergency department, has a Full Time 72-80 hour per pay period Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator (RN UC) position open. The RN Unit Coordinator is a registered nurse who plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates patient care in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines. This role leads safety and quality initiatives, simplifies workflows, and ensures smooth daily operations of the unit. Applicants must be BLS, PALS, ACLS and a current MN RN License. This position will be primarily evenings and occasional weekend and Holiday coverage. Previous nursing experience is preferred.
