Social Services Designee
Description: North Shore Health is seeking applicants for the Social Services Designee. The Social Services Designee is responsible for all social service activities within the hospital and care center; manages the operations of the social services department; provides social service assessments, coordination, and referral services to patients and residents; participates in providing staff education and support; participates in interdisciplinary teams and other committees as assigned. The facility Social Services Designee must maintain a high level of professional knowledge and expertise in relevant program areas.
