Guest Experience Representative/Front Desk at Best Western Plus Superior Inn

Seeking gracious, sales & hospitality minded applicants for a year-round Front Desk position. Responsibilities include tasks such as greeting and interacting with guests, taking phone reservations, use of PMS & POS computers, checking guests in and out, and responding to guest questions and needs. This position also may also cross train in some laundry, lobby bar and kitchen tasks.   Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and take pride in striving for excellence while providing legendary customer service. Additionally, team members will contribute to our We-Care culture. Our company motto is, "Service isn't a big thing; it's a million little things." Shifts are typically 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. Requires flexibility to work both weekends and weekdays. Also requires ability to multi-task, stand for prolonged period, and lift up to 35 lbs.  Applications  welcomed from those interested in part-time or full-time positions. The hourly starting wage ranges from $16 -$20, DOQ.
