We're looking for a General Maintenance Team Member to join our dynamic, hands-on crew. You'll play a key role in keeping our vacation rentals looking great and operating at their best—no two days are ever quite the same! Plus there are opportunities to learn.

What You'll Do:
Tackle general maintenance tasks—from plumbing fixes to appliance upkeep and lawn care
Conduct regular inspections to catch issues before they become problems
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, friendly manner
Keep clear records of work done and materials used
Always prioritize safety and cleanliness on site
What You Bring to the Team:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to job sites
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work
A proactive mindset and great attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Confidence to work independently but collaborate when needed
