Position Overview:
We are seeking a General Maintenance Team Member to join our team full-time year round. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for handling a variety of general maintenance tasks to keep our properties in top condition.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs and appliance maintenance.

Conduct routine inspections of rental properties to identify and address maintenance issues.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and property managers as assigned to you.

Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.

Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed and supplies used.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

Experience in general maintenance preferred.

Ability to drive and a valid driver's license required.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
