The Northwoods Food Project, a Cook County nonprofit focused on supporting a sustainable local food system, is embarking on a project to research and hopefully create a lending library of equipment for processing and preserving local foods.
We are looking for input from the community on this project, and have created a short survey to gauge interest in the usefulness of this idea. We invite you to fill out the survey at: tinyurl.com/foodprojectsurvey. Responses will be accepted until March 3rd.
