Have you ever wondered how paint is made? Join Allison for a hands-on activity and learn the basics of creating watercolor paints from scratch. Students will mix pre-ground pigments with a binder and formulate a color palette while examining the properties of the pigments and how they react to various watercolor papers. Everyone will create a color swatch sheet for future reference.
