Nick will share about his process and the techniques he uses to create intricately layered, multi-color woodblock prints. He will also discuss his approach for gathering inspiration and the process of mapping out a plan to “reanimate” an image within the language of relief printmaking. There are many metaphors that emerge as a print comes to life. As Nick discusses his work, he will share some of these insights and the hidden meanings that have surfaced over all these years of making woodcut prints.
