COMET - Changing Our Mental & Emotional Trajectory Training
Description: October 9, from 2 pm - 4 pm. Cook County Higher Education Building Grand Marais, MN This FREE 2-hour interactive training teaches participants how to reach out in a meaningful, respectful, and supportive way to friends, coworkers, or acquaintances who seem to be struggling somewhere on the continuum between "wellness" and "mental health crisis." Often we want to support our friends, neighbors and colleagues in times of need but may not know how.
