ISO: land/cabin contract for deed situationship

Hi-a,

I’m Paul Erlandson. I’ve been living on the shore with my family for going on 10 years in 2027. There are family roots in Isabella and Finland, but I must labor for my portion-hence why I have moved up to cook county. We have been living in town since spring of 2019 renting the old house on the old Gunflint trail. I build things for people. Usually out of any type of cementious or masonry material. Grandpa went to world war 2 came back and sold cement for Huron cement- dad was a theologian who ended up being the union steward for the concrete truck drivers and I personally just like to work with the stuff. I enjoy building and am keenly interested in masonry heaters and purist building traditional practices. All that being said, I’m looking for some land. It has to be the right piece. I need a spring/flowing water it doesn’t need electricity but that would be a luxury. It can be heavily wooded it can also be raw and undeveloped.
