If you do the repairs, you can take the cost off the rent once it is reported to us and we give the OK to make repairs. We will pay for plowing with local plower. Heat is from a new wall furnace in the living room. About 1100 square feet home. Rent is $1300 a month including broadband internet and electricity through Arrowhead Coop. Water is from well and there is septic system. You would be responsible for garbage. We are looking for a responsible person who can take care of the house and report any issues to us. 6 month lease.
