Perimenopause & Menopause Monthly Meetup
Oct 1, Nov 5, Dec 3 | 5:30-6:30pm | At CCHE
Facilitator: Adrea Beres
A casual, supportive, facilitated gathering for women in perimenopause and menopause. A welcoming, non-judgmental space to connect and talk openly about what you’re experiencing, what you’re struggling with, what’s going well, and the resources or strategies you’ve found helpful along the way.
Each month, the conversation is shaped by the women who are there. Share as much or as little as you’d like, listen to others, and connect with women who understand what this experience can be like.
Tea and snacks will be provided.
Adrea is a health educator, clinical social worker, and menopause educator and guide in Cook County. We understand that fall schedules ebb and flow, and we completely understand if you're not able to make every session. We look forward to seeing you whenever you're able to join us and wish you a wonderful evening whenever your schedule takes you elsewhere! If you won't be able to make a session, please email office@mycche.org in advance of the session so we can modify the session based on expected attendence size.
