Quiet professional seeking rental home near Toft,mn to grand marais,mn.
I am moving to the area for work, and I will be looking for:
Home with 2-3 bedrooms, 1.5-2 bathrooms, a garage or shop. Wood floors, central heat/ a/c preferred. Updated kitchen a plus, as I am a chef. Space for garden is a plus. I will be commuting to Toft, so preferably within a 40 mi radius. Can be flexible on price. Looking for long term lease 1 year plus. Non smoking, no pets, references.
I will be the sole resident aside from my 12 year old daughter when she is visiting from out of state..
