winter housing needed
Description: New to the area, respectful & clean 40-something year old guy and his well behaved dog looking for housing over the cold months (Nov - April or so). Ideally something simple and affordable such as a 1 bedroom cabin, studio cabin, basement apartment, livable garage, etc. Location not entirely important, but within 30-40 minutes of Grand Marais would be nice.
