Description: Full-Time Front End Manager The Front-End Manager plays a crucial role in the operations of the Co-op by overseeing all front-end staff, including cashier, clerk, and MOD positions to ensure all shoppers receive great customer service. Additional responsibilities include cashiering, scheduling, hiring and training staff, ensuring smooth checkout processes, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
