Description: Looking for a couple of reliable equipment operators for snow removal using skid steer, sub-compact tractor and pick-ups with plows. Almost all of the work is in the Lutsen area. Some hand work required. All of the equipment is new or newer and in good operational order. There is a mix of residential and commercial accounts. - Must have clean driving record and be able to be approved on my insurance. - I want safety first mindset. - Must be able to work ALL snowfalls including weekends and holidays. - I am willing to pay the right candidates the right amounts. - You need to be an early riser . . . sometimes work starts as early as 4am. - You need a high level of attention to detail.
