Medicinal Plant Walk
Description: Just starting to learn your plants? Looking for a refresher? Or maybe you’re interested in the medicinal benefits of the plants you know and love! Whatever the case, in this course we will take a walk together outside to identify a variety of medicinal plants, learning how we can include them in our own herbal apothecary. We will focus on the plants of spring! Tuesday May 14th, 4-5pm (roughly) @ Pincushion Hiking Trails (meet in the parking lot by the SHT trailhead at the far end of the parking lot) Free (small donations appreciated), contact me to reserve your spot, or drop in! *future plant walks will likely also include time to sketch a plant or perhaps to craft an herbal goodie. For this first walk, we will simply enjoy the plants of spring -- who knows what the weather will do in May!
