Seeking roommate for 2br apartment

I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in town (on 6th Ave). I love animals, but the landlords prefer no pets. Rent for the room is $650/mo plus utilities. The lease starts February 1, and tenants are required to have renters insurance.
