Seeking One Bedroom Apartment

I recently accepted a position at the National Monument in Grand Portage and am looking for a one-bedroom apartment in the Grand Marais area. I am open to renting a basement apartment if there is a separate private entrance. Also seeking a full-size kitchen with appliances. The apartment does not need to be furnished. Looking to move in at the beginning of March or April. Preferably a year-long lease that can be renewed yearly. Pet friendly if possible.
