Looking for a place to rent

Hello! 

My partner and I are just another classic Grand Marais story, in search of housing with our two dogs. We’ve lived in GM for about six years now. I work at ISD166 as a second grade teacher, and my partner works at the Forest Service and High school. 

We had a great rental in town and left it to buy a house which turned out to be more than we could handle (too much money needed to make the space live-able). We, once again, turn to Boreal to help us find a place to live! 

A little bit about us: we have been together for over ten years now and are well established in the community. We enjoy keeping spaces clean and well organized, and can provide references as well. At more than one place, we’ve been told we are the “best renters we’ve ever had.” We enjoy contributing positively to the spaces we are in and have helped with yard work and improvement projects at other places. While we both stay fairly busy, we do enjoy our time out in the woods of Cook County with our pups. We would prefer to get a place within 20 minutes of GM, because of our pups.
