Apartment in Grand Marais

I have a small unfurnished mother-in-law apartment becoming available September 1. Apartment is in-town in Grand Marais, so you can walk to all the stores. Apartment includes kitchenette (full size refrigerator and oven, microwave, but no dishwasher), ¾ bathroom, a living room that could also be used as a bedroom, and a small non-conforming bedroom that could also be used as an office. Apartment is garden level with separate entrance. Rent for 1 person is $700 per month and includes all utilities (except garbage pick-up [we take ours to the transfer station]) and Wi-fi, along with one spot in the garage if you agree to shovel the drive and front entrance when we travel for caregiving responsibilities for family members. Also includes shared washer and dryer in the basement (no extra charge) and shared P.O. Box (we do not get mail delivery). Since this is a shared home (we live upstairs) and sound travels, we would need to agree on quiet hours. One cat is fine, but must stay indoors (we have two dogs). No overnight guests (not a crash pad for friends and relatives who want to visit the area).
