News from the Little Free Library at 103 3rd Av. West.

Greetings to ALL!  It's been a long, somewhat unhappy winter but it's almost April and the crocus will soon be blooming.  As you visit the LFL, look at the variety of flowers that will be blooming behind it.  Soon there will be a new banner matching the colors of the flowers.  And next month the benches will be reinstalled for comfort while browsing.
The adult box was looking rather slim but it has been rejuvenated with a variety of titles.  Also some CDS are available.  Soon the 2 childrens' boxes and the teen box will have brand new books.
Since we all have SO MUCH TIME on our hands, it might be an opportunity to look through your private collections and make a book donation to the LFL!  In special need are early reading books.  If your little ones have grown out of the readers you took last summer, let another eager reader have a chance to fall in love with books.
Please remember social distancing rules if you want to stop by to choose a book and another patron is already there.  Please wait until they are done and then take your turn.
With the public library closed for probably a long time, many people in town may get their book needs  met at our Little Free Library.  If you have many books to donate, leave them by the front door in a box where the deck is dry.  All donations will be cleaned before their are moved to a box.
I thank you in advance for your donations and your love for our special Little Free Library.
