**Northern Goods Team Member**

As a team member, you will play a key role in showing hospitality to our guests, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers

- Provide hospitality to guests staying in the residential suites above the store, maintaining rental units and welcoming new guests.

- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed

- Maintain rental equipment and gear

**Skills:**

- Previous experience in retail sales preferred

- Ability to effectively communicate product details and information

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
