Visit Cook County is seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help share the story of Cook County. This role focuses on social media management, content creation, and marketing operations that support our year-round tourism marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Plan, write, and publish engaging social media content. Capture photo/video for seasonal campaigns and events. Draft web copy, newsletters, and partner communications. Maintain marketing calendars, workflows, and content libraries. Support partnerships and media hosting. Assist with board prep, PR efforts, and community outreach Qualifications: 1–3 years in digital marketing, social media, or communications. Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite. Comfortable creating short-form video (Reels/Short) Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
