Solbakken On Superior, one of the North Shore's most historic resorts, is seeking two to three dependable, energetic, and outgoing staff members to help us with housekeeping and guest services duties. Our resort has six motel-style rooms, six cabins on Lake Superior, and two vacation homes. Solbakken is a family-run business that offers a beautiful workplace and opportunities for growth.
As a housekeeper, your day will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 3:00 PM. You will be responsible for cleaning rooms to Solbakken's high cleanliness standards after each stay. Guest services duties include answering the telephone and providing accurate and courteous service. You will also be responsible for accepting reservations over the phone, checking guests in and out, and monitoring guest needs.
