Front Deak Administrator

Job Summary: The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for managing the front office, answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality ________________________________________ Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or administrative training preferred • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously ________________________________________ Work Environment: • This position is based in an office environment and may require extended periods of sitting and computer use. • Occasional travel may be required based on business need.
