Fika Coffee is hiring for baristas!

Job Overview

The job of the barista is two fold. First it’s hospitality. This is done by
welcoming our guests into the cafe with friendly conversation, a generous
disposition and by being attentive. Second it is the barista’s service, the
preparation of beverages for our guests. In order to provide great service the
barista must be attentive and consistent to the protocols and expectations
laid out in the training and manuals. Baristas will be expected to work at
minimum 2-3 shifts a week and each shift is 5-6 hours long.

Must be able to work 2-3 shifts between Friday through Monday.
Starting wage is $13, plus tips.
