Sawtooth Mountain Clinic (SMC) is seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist to perform duties related to the operations of Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, primarily assisting with Human Resources duties, grant and contract management tasks, and responsibilities related to the support of the SMC Board of Directors.

Primary Job Responsibilities
• Posts and maintains up-to-date employment opportunities on various platforms
• Assists with processing job applicants and scheduling interviews, ensuring thorough documentation
• Processes new hire and separation paperwork accurately and thoroughly
• Ensures systematic and thorough execution of in-house credentialing and privileging
• Maintains an organized filing system for all human resource documents
• Assists with time & effort reporting
• Maintains compliance and audit record keeping for various grants and 340b program
• Maintains an organized database of all SMC contracts and agreements
• Maintains organized filing system for Board of Directors documents
• Takes minutes at monthly Board of Directors meetings
• Schedules and organizes board meetings
• Assembles and disseminates pre-meeting and post-meeting information to Board
• May assist with preparation of reports or presentations
• May include assistance with special projects or preform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of administrative experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate or better Excel skills preferred
• Ability to easily navigate various software platforms
• Ability to maintain confidential information

Salary: Commensurate with educational background and experience
