Through the training sessions, you will learn how to create a culture of success with today's diverse workforce, study proven managerial techniques, and network with other professionals. Whether a new supervisor or an experienced business owner, this training will address important issues that will help you be more effective manager-ultimately contributing to the success of your organization and its bottom line!
Session I October 16th. Setting the Stage: Understanding why emotional intelligence, role modeling, onboarding and recognizing employees’ needs is essential.
Session 2 November 27th: Engaging and Empowering Employees: Learning how to onboard, train, and develop a leadership relationship that motivates and increases success.
Session 3 January 22nd: Managing Personal and Professional at Work and in the Community: Understanding, designing and using boundaries between work and personal lives to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
Session 4 February 26th : Performance Feedback and Evaluation: Developing your plan to address performance issues as soon as they appear and teach employees what success looks like.
